Eligibility for Returns:

1.1 Products: We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

1.2 Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and Customized Items: Gift cards, e-gift cards, and customized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Returns Process:

2.1 Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period. You can reach us by emailing support@likemagic.ca. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible. Please include the RA number on the return package for efficient processing.

2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging (if available) or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

2.4 Proof of Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the proof of return until your refund or exchange is processed. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:

3.1 Refund Options: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.

3.2 Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

4.1 Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the returns process outlined above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our Site.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Exceptions:

6.1 Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
